The origin of all of this is the magical Beaver Builder plugin and theme. Three enthusiastic and passionate WordPress developers, Billy Young, Justin Busa and Robby McCullough are based in sunny California and created this open source software that is changing the way we build WordPress websites.

Beaver Builder started out life as a product developed by Fastline Media, a web technology company founded by Justin and Billy. The product was developed, initially as a way for FastLine Media clients to manage content on their WordPress websites. It soon became obvious that the team were building something unique and Beaver Builder has since emerged as a leader in the front end page builder market.

In 2015, the team took on the responsibility of managing and developing both the plugin and theme full-time.
